We pick up the book from the seller, verify its condition, then ship it to your door via trusted courier partners. Tracking number provided.
Packaging Guidelines
Sellers are responsible for packaging books securely before handing to courier. Follow these steps:
1.Wrap the book in a plastic bag or cling film to protect from moisture
2.Place in a padded envelope or small box
3.Fill empty space with newspaper to prevent movement
4.Seal securely with tape
5.Attach the courier label printed from your dashboard
6.Drop at the nearest courier pickup point within 24 hours of sale

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or the book arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll either arrange a replacement or a full refund.
