Refund Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both buyers and sellers.
You can return any book within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked, as long as it is returned in the same condition you received it in. In addition, all purchases are covered by our Buyer Protection Policy if the book received is significantly different from the listing, arrives in worse condition than described, never arrives, or is the wrong book entirely.
14-Day No-Questions Returns
If you simply change your mind, go to My Orders and click Return Item within 14 days of delivery. Pack the book as you received it and hand it over for pickup or drop it at the address we share. Once we confirm the book's condition, your refund is processed to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
Go to My Orders and click Report an Issue within 48 hours of receiving your book.
Upload clear photos showing the issue — damaged cover, wrong book, missing pages.
Our team reviews within 24 hours and contacts both buyer and seller.
If the claim is valid, refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
