Look for the green ✓ badge. Verified sellers have confirmed their student ID and phone number.

Always check photos
Real listings have multiple photos showing actual condition. No photos = red flag.

Always pay through ReRead
Never pay cash outside the platform. Our escrow protects you — cash doesn't.

Track your pickup
Our team collects the book directly from the seller and verifies it before it ships to you.

Inspect before confirming
Check the book thoroughly before tapping 'Confirm Receipt'. Once confirmed, the sale is final.

Report issues within 48 hours
If something's wrong with your book, raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery.
For Sellers

List accurately
Describe condition honestly. Misleading listings lead to disputes and account suspension.

Never share personal info
Don't share your home address, bank account, or personal phone number with buyers outside the app.

Only proceed after payment confirmation
Don't hand over the book until you've received a payment confirmation from ReRead — not just a screenshot from the buyer.

Pack books well for shipping
Wrap books in plastic before boxing. Damage during shipping is your responsibility as the seller.
Red Flags to Watch

Be cautious if someone asks you to: pay outside ReRead, share personal banking details, complete a transaction urgently, or claims they are a ReRead employee asking for account access.
ReRead will never ask for your password, OTP, or banking credentials via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Report suspicious activity to support@reread.in immediately.
