We want every transaction to be fair. Here's what you're covered for.

You can return any book within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Separately, ReRead's Buyer Protection covers you for 48 hours after receiving your book if it doesn't match the listing — you get a full refund.
What's Covered

Wrong book received
You ordered Organic Chemistry by Morrison & Boyd but received a different book
✅
Condition significantly worse than listed
Listed as 'Like New' but arrived with torn pages, heavy highlighting, or water damage
✅
Book not received
Tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it
✅
Incomplete book
Missing pages, loose binding, or CD/supplement missing when listed as included
What's NOT Covered

❌Changed your mind after purchase
❌Found a cheaper listing after buying
❌Minor highlighting or pencil marks (disclosed or reasonably expected for used books)
❌You confirmed receipt before inspecting the book
❌Dispute raised after the 48-hour window
How to File a Return

Within 48 hours of receiving your book, go to My Orders in your dashboard.

Click 'Report an Issue' on the relevant order.

Select the issue type and upload photos showing the problem.

Our team reviews within 24 hours and contacts both buyer and seller.

If the claim is valid, refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
