You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours but before shipping, please contact our support team. A partial refund may be applicable depending on the processing stage.
If you have subscribed to a service, you may cancel it anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
No refunds will be issued for the current subscription period, but you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further instructions.
Digital products, including e-books and audiobooks, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
